The Thollon-les-Mémises tourist information office has level access for people with reduced mobility, and the doors are wheelchair-accessible. 1 PRM parking space is available nearby, with large-print signage. Materials are easy to read and understand, and staff are ready to accompany people with reduced mobility.

From 01/09 to 30/09/2026 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5.30 pm. Closed on Monday and Sunday.
From 01/10 to 30/11/2026 from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm. Closed weekends.
Closed exceptionally on bank holidays.
