The Friends of Viuz-Faverges Association, founded in 1972, is dedicated to researching, preserving, and promoting the archaeological and historical heritage of the Faverges-Seythenex area.
It manages the Archaeological Museum of Viuz-Faverges, which showcases collections ranging from Prehistory to the Middle Ages. Active for over 50 years, the association brings the territory to life through excavations, lectures, exhibitions, and publications. A true bridge between past and present, it passes on local memory to both residents and visitors. Its work plays a key role in the cultural and touristic vitality of the Sources du lac d’Annecy.
