Châtel Tourisme is much more than just a welcome and information point: it's the lively, human gateway to the resort, for visitors and locals alike.
The Tourist Office has moved to a new location… but our smiles remain the same!
Our reception team looks forward to welcoming you to our new premises, located in the new Cultural and Tourist Centre and accessible via the esplanade.
A team of advisers is in charge of directing, of helping, and of assisting the holiday makers in their search for accommodations, for activities, for leisure activities...

- tourist information on the resort and surrounding area
- wifi internet access with a free code,
- the sale of hiking maps and guides
- Châtel-related items (books, caps, posters, etc.).

From 07/09 to 13/09/2026 from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm. On Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm. On Sunday between 9 am and 12 pm.
From 14/09 to 18/12/2026 from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm. On Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5 pm. Closed on Sunday and bank holidays.
Closed exceptionally on November 11th.
From 19/12/2026 to 18/04/2027 daily between 8.30 am and 7 pm.
