Bioenergy and Yoga Therapy

A propos

Discover a personalized approach with Linda Crivelli that combines an energy assessment, yoga therapy, breathwork, and meditation. A one-on-one session to take the time to observe your sensations and explore your overall balance.

➡️ The experience in brief

With Linda Crivelli, the bioenergy and yoga therapy session offers an individualized approach centered on the body, the breath, and bodily sensations.
It relies notably on an energy assessment using biophotonic imaging, supplemented as needed by energy techniques, yoga postures, breathing exercises, or meditation.

➡️ Key highlights of the activity

The session is entirely personalized.
Linda tailors her guidance to your expectations and can combine elements such as:
- an energy assessment via biophotonic imaging;
- energy techniques;
- meridian work inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine;
- yoga therapy postures;
- breathing exercises;
- meditation sessions.

➡️ What to expect

The session begins with a discussion about your needs and expectations.
Linda then conducts an energy assessment based on a reading taken from your fingertips using her biophotonic imaging tool. She uses the resulting data to inform her energy-based approach.
Depending on the chosen session, she may then suggest yoga exercises, breathing techniques, meditation, or other methods tailored to the individual.
A detailed report can also be provided following the assessment.
