Original dishes are served around an authentic wood-fired grill.
Specialties: carpaccio from seasonal vegetables with goat cheese mousse from Caroline's farm, potatoes, homemade smoked duck breast, lamb with cream sauce in a casserole, lemon sauce, potatoes, seared fillet of bar, sorrel and basil sauce, trio of cereals and spring garnish.
