Our cuisine evolves with the rhythm of the seasons. You will only find fresh products, mainly from our region. Vegetables, meat and fish come from local suppliers and are processed on site. Everything here is homemade!
Our menu and menus are prepared by our Chef Yann Le Fèvre and his team. This approach to cooking has earned us the title of Master Restorer and a reward at the Gault & Millau in recent years.
