A propos
This local museum exhibits objects, most of which come from the collection of Marius Fillion, its founder. The reconstructed homes (tools, farm machinery, pottery, basketry, linen) bring to life the rural world of yesteryear.
Collection of glazed earthenware, wooden press, tools and machines used by craftsmen and farmers. Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with Savoyard cradles, furniture, embroidered linen, old toys, etc.
This museum is run by the ‘Mémoire de la Semine’ association.
