A propos
The museum is labeled “Tourism & Handicap” for hearing, mental, motor and visual disabilities.
Documents are available to you on the website or at the museum reception to best prepare your visit.
The presence of an assistance dog is authorized.
The museum is located on the first floor of the building called Espace Carpano & Pons.
You can go up to the museum via the stairs or go to the end of the hallway to take the elevator.
At the end of the corridor, there is also the Municipal Archives office (accessible to people with motor disabilities, you must make an appointment).
On the ground floor of the building there is a water fountain. At the back, next to the elevator entrance, there are also two wheelchairs (loaned free of charge).
On the first floor, at the museum reception, flashlights and magnifying glasses are available (loaned free of charge, on request).
The average duration of a self-guided visit to the museum is approximately one hour.
Seats are located throughout the museum's exhibition rooms. Cane seats are also available at the start of room 1 (loaned free of charge).
The museum toilets are equipped with a booster seat and accessible for people in wheelchairs.

From 01/07 to 31/08, daily between 10 am and 6 pm.
Closed exceptionally on July 14th and August 15th.
From 01/09/2024 to 30/06/2025, every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 2 pm and 6 pm.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
