A valley, a cow, a cheese... a house to discover. The interpretation center explains all the special features of this Appellation d'Origine Protégée cheese. A fun, scientific and sensory visit. Set off on a 9-stage journey of discovery through landscapes, techniques and the senses.
The program includes a wide variety of activities, including sensory mediation, guided tours and themed events focusing on cows, cheese and cheese-making. And don't forget the tasting session and the little cheesemakers' workshop to round off a great day out! Tailor-made welcome for groups all year round.
