Nestled in a peaceful hamlet between the lake and the mountains, it features a spacious 85 m² private terrace with east- and south-facing exposure, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding scenery. It is ideal for a family holiday or for two couples.
Situated on the hills overlooking Lake Annecy, at the gateway to the Bauges Regional Natural Park, the apartment comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with three single beds), and a shower room with WC.
The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, and Wi-Fi access available on request. Guests also have access to an outdoor hot tub. A shared laundry room on the ground floor includes a washing machine.
Outside, enjoy the large private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. A garage is also available. Bed linen and kitchen linen are provided.
