A propos
Charming little mazot 35m² with jacuzzi, located between Chamonix and Argentière, near the Village des Praz (near the Flégère and the golf course). This mazot is a small chalet ideal for anyone looking for the calm of the mountains.
It offers a breathtaking view of "Les Drus" and the Mont Blanc.
Bright and well decorated, the mazot is entirely built of wood.
Downstairs, there is a living and dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a washing machine. A mezzanine with two beds overlooks a large bay window. Next to the kitchen area is a small bathroom with shower and toilet. A staircase leads to a bedroom with a double bed on the second floor. From here you can go to the balcony and access the outside stairs.
All these original features make the mazot a cozy and very comfortable place. It is well equipped and is perfect for a family. A terrace gives the possibility to enjoy the outside, overlooking a garden and a parking lot. Located near the train station of Les Tines, trains and buses are accessible for free with the guest card between Servoz and Vallorcine.
In winter, reservations are made from Sunday to Sunday.

Tarifs
Summer prices: 900 - 1195 euros per week
Winter prices: 1125 - 2200 euros per week
The price is for the chalet for 7 nights, self-catered. It includes linen, towels, & electricity. It excludes cleaning, 40 euros should be left in cash for the final clean .
