The tourist information office is at your disposal for all information about the resort-village and its surrounding villages in the Evian-Vallée d'Abondance region and neighboring Switzerland.
The tourist information office in La Chapelle d'Abondance has access for people with reduced mobility, with wheelchair-friendly doors that are 89 cm wide. There are disabled toilets and a lift. Information is easy to read and understand, and staff are on hand to assist people with reduced mobility.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome.

From 31/08 to 13/09/2026 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5.30 pm. Closed on Monday and Sunday.
From 14/09 to 20/09/2026 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and weekends between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 5.30 pm. Closed on Monday.
Special opening on Sunday, September 20, as part of European Heritage Days.
