Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 10 am and 12 pm. On Saturday and Sunday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2.30 pm and 6 pm.

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 10 am and 12 pm and between 2.30 pm and 6 pm. On Thursday between 2.30 pm and 6 pm.

For wheelchair users, access to the Tourist Office is via the Crystallin Ski store, following the arcades. There is a two-centimeter threshold at the entrance to the Tourist Office. There is no reserved parking space, but it is possible to park for a short time at the shuttle bus stop.
