The entrance is on the ground floor; however, the entrance door is very heavy and help will be required to have a person with a wheel chair come in. In order to make it easier, we can open a door on the side of the office.
If you wish, we can give you a leaflet "getting around and accessibility" issued in French and English language

From 01/12 to 19/12/2025 from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 3 pm and 6 pm. Closed on Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on 05/12, 06/12, 14/12 and 16/12.
From 20/12/2025 to 04/01/2026 daily between 9 am and 12 pm and between 3 pm and 7 pm. On bank holidays between 10 am and 12 pm and between 3 pm and 7 pm.
From 05/01 to 06/02/2026 daily between 9 am and 12 pm and between 3 pm and 6.30 pm.
